how many is it now?

I’ve made exactly a ridiculous number of blog posts over the past couple of day, but I’m making one more.

Many thanks to Lora of the Dreamer and Tina of the Paul Reveres, both of whom posted to let people know about our sudden site move. It was really kind of both of them to do that. If you don’t read their comics already, go do that! Lots of American History Fun Times :)

And COMIC. This letter sequence? Keeps getting longer. The script I got from Hailey had it all as one. Then I decided to divide it into two. It was three as of Saturday’s strip. And today’s and Thursday’s were originally part of the same one. Yessssss, longest originally-single comic evarrrr.

Haha, longer isn’t neccessarily worse. In long letter type things it’s nice to be able to actually absorb the words (as I imagine Charlie is doing) rather than skimming and dismissing it.

Man, this whole thing sucks! I didn’t even realise the site was having problems (I was subscribed to your RSS). Spotted the link through The Dreamer. Kudos on getting this place up so fast. In the spirit of helping (or letting my grammar goddess side win through ><), I’ll point out your copyright symbol at the bottom is showing up as a question mark, or at least it is on Firefox 2 and IE7 run from XP Pro.

I really love the new pages. They’re pretty deep and kinda making me sad. :(

Thanks for pointing out the copyright symbol thing – I had just copy/pasted the text over from the old site because of the rush. I’ll see if I can fix that. Anyways, glad you found the new site! :)

This letter sequence is quickly becoming one of my favs (the other being Ben “helping” Jeremy :) The flow of the letter and the pictures is just amazing. Somehow, I just can’t imagine this being done in a single comic without sacrificing the impact.
