Aw, that’s sad. Jeremy’s dad seems like an awesome guy; I was really hoping we’d get to meet him. I guess he’s still there in spirit, though.
On a side note, GAH Jeremy’s so adorable with his suspenders and all! He and Charlie are like that kid in Love Actually, in that they’re so adorable you want to scream.
Jeremy is so cute on this page, I want to hug him, and kiss him and… um… yeah. I love him to bits.
This page reminds me of when I worked at a living history museum, and we always walked around in costume as well. :D Its such amazing good fun, just wearing the costume really makes one go into character. The only problem was my leather shoes had this huge hole in them, and we didn’t have the budget to get new ones. I was constantly walking around in wet socks. :(
Oh well, rant over on the joys and evils on reenactment costumes. I can’t wait till Thursday!
For some reason this whole page took place in 1865 for me, I don’t even… But that’s the genius of this comic, I think, that their lives are not so separate from the stories they tell.
Don’t mind me waxing poetic over here. I just love Jeremy.
Oh gosh, Jeremy seems 100x more farm boy to me now.
Aw, woobie. <3
Okay, I think I’m the first who has to say it.
D’AWWWWWWW.
*sniff* Awwwww! Jeremy. :(
(hand holding moment! I loves it)
Is Ben up there… Singing?
I can imagine that all too well. XD
And Jeremy has never been more adorable! ^__^
Can I just say I love Jeremy?! I feel so sad right now! Charlie needs to give him a bid ol’ kiss to make him feel better!! ;)
Can I just say that Jeremy and Charlie’s little moments make my week.
Bring on dah ghost!
That’s so sweet! I love the artistry on the panel where she takes his hand. Very good work
Based on the sad faces in the eighth panel, is Jeremy’s father deceased or something? Sorry if I should know this already…
Based on the past tense, I’d say yeah. It’s never come up before, but I don’t think you’re wrong.

The last three panels just brought absolute tears to my eyes!
Urge to hug… unbearable.

Jeremy’s hands are perfect. I love his fine-boned wrists and long fingers.
