team-?
In my playwriting class the other day, my teacher quoted some writer (I don’t remember who) as saying that he knew a play was done when people watched the same play and still could argue about it. (Only more poetically put…) That’s something I’ve been working hard to achieve with my playwriting lately, so I was more than a little pleased to see the reactions to Thursday’s strip. It also never ceases to amaze me how often people guess explanations or theories that are exactly what I was thinking while writing or outlining…
One of the awesome things about writing in this format is that things can be changed and added really up to the last minute. The next couple of strips coming up (those starting Tuesday, I believe) were written a good while ago, but they were something I hadn’t even thought about writing or including until I read all the responses to the revelation of Ben and Tess’s relationship. I think (I hope!) that members of both ‘teams’ will like them. Anyway, sometimes I write a strip or run of strips that I cannot wait to see what Bridget will do with them, and this is one of them. Is that giving too much away?
PS I fail hardcore at updating this, I’m sorry!
Oh man I don’t even want to be on a team, I just want Tess to be happy. She must have broken up with Ben for a reason… :c
“She must have broken up with Ben for a reason… :c”
i try to come up with reasons, and just cant, as i am team Ben all the way. lol.
Hmm, that’s a better idea. Let’s make a team Tess!
Yay Team Tess!
