That’s quite alright, good luck with your final week!
By Shakespeare? Ahem: To study, or not to study: that is the question: whether ’tis nobler in the class to suffer time spent with inane iambs, or to take arms against them, with pen, ink, and essay, and assay to end them, to pass, to be done, and by be done we say be done with Shakespeare for all time…and then move on to Chaucer, who rocks everyone’s socks off. Good luck!
this made me smile so very much.
best of luck with your classes!
Good luck with all your classes! And good luck with Shakespeare – I think I prefer Beowulf, myself. ^_~
Eeh, I know how you feel – I was just in a stage production of Twelfth Night that took 8 1/2 months to finish up, with no dress rehearsals. Hopefully you’re just reading it! Good luck!
Eeek! That’s insane! I just finished Winter’s Tale and I’m in the midst of Taming of the Shrew. It’s slight insanity.
Taming of the Shrew is brilliant, though. Who are you in it? I haven’t done much with Winter’s Tale.
I’m a bunch of little ensemble parts– the Lord in the induction, the tailor, Curtis, and Vincentio. It’s an all-women company.
Last summer, I saw a production of Taming of the Shrew set in a trailer park, with all the characters as “white trash” types… it was brilliant…
SHAKESPEARE in a “white trash” setting?? My inner purist recoils.
Because Bankside back in the day was super classy… ;)
